I shouldn't be telling you this

... is the title of Kate White's new book. In her 14 years as editor in chief at Cosmo, she collected a lot of experience, and because of this wonderful book, we can get a glimpse of what she has say.
She talks about how to get a job, how to find passion for it, how to "knock your bosses' socks of", and a lot more interesting topics. Funny stories introduce people Kate White met on her way. They are part of the reason why she wrote this book and they also shaped her view on how women should behave in the business world to be a success. It is an absolute pleasure to read this book and it has lots of useful tips about the application process and the job itself.

"From what I've seen again and again,
success is most often the result of doing the bold extra something
that no one else has thought of or dared to try.
I call it the go-big-ot-go-home strategy."

I heard Kate White talking about her book in New York and she is an absolutely stunning woman. She knows what she is talking about and she stands with both feet on the ground. Her humor and her creative but also clear way of approaching life are inspiring and totally helpful.

Fun to read. Wonderful to keep.
